How can I find my sent invoices and my licenses?

When you provide data on the platform, you are required to issue and send an invoice with the acquirer’s name.

This acquisition invoice is not generated by the platform.


License and commission invoice


The platform generates a license automatically for each transaction.
If the platform takes a commission on transactions, an invoice corresponding to the sales commission is also provided.
You may access these documents any time through your management interface.

  • Click on the tab “Transactions” and select “Provider”
  • Click on the desired document to open it.



How long does the platform store these documents?

The documents related to your transactions are kept as long as your account remains open. Nonetheless, we recommend that you download documents to archive them according to your own archive procedure.

if your account is deleted, all documents related to sales, as well as all your conversations with other members, will be deleted.
