If you have forgotten the password for your account, you may request to reset it.
- On the login page, click on the Reset link beneath the form.
- Follow the instructions and enter the e-mail address for your account to receive a message.
- Click on the activation link in the e-mail to enter a new password and confirm it. You may then login to your account using the new password.
If you receive an e-mail containing a link to reset your password that you did not request, it may be because someone is trying to break into your account. If that happens, we recommend that you go to the platform's site and login to your account as you normally would, and change your password in your profile using a stronger password - an indicator on the screen shows you how strong the password is as you are typing.
