Once the transaction has been finalized, you can retrieve the files from the platform.
In the case of a basic data offering, you have 36 months to retrieve your data, starting from the transaction date.
In the case of a subscription-based data offering, you have 36 months to retrieve each file, starting from the date of deposit of each file in the offering.
During this period, you can download your files as many times as you like.
The data provider can also define a retention limit date for each file added to its offerings. In this case, the download link is deactivated at the earliest date, either after 36 months, or at the deadline set by the provider.
You can find the remaining deadlines for each file of each of your acquisitions in “Transactions” > “Acquirer”. If you have not yet downloaded the files for an acquired offering, the platform will send you reminders as the end-of-access date approaches.
