When you have an ongoing acquisition on a Pull API data offering, the data provider can edit the offering's endpoints at any time.
In this case, depending on the changes made, the data provider can choose to send out a notification to the acquirers, once they have finished configuring their API's URLs. You will then receive an email letting you know about the different modifications, with a link to access the new endpoint's details.
You can also find a history of all the changes made on an endpoint, and explanations from the data provider, directly from the platform, in the page "Transactions" > "Acquirer" > "Access data".
